Handling time does not include weekends or holidays, and is in addition to the carrier’s transit time.

Please allow some time after receiving the tracking number for the carrier’s system to update with the latest scan information.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by USPS or FedEx, the shipment is considered complete. We are not responsible for packages that are:

  • Take clear photos of any damage to the packaging and items.

10. Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages for logistical reasons. If your order is split:

  • You may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
  • Different packages may arrive on different days.

11. Order Changes & Cancellations
